Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They should also be in their original packaging with tags. Certain items, such as custom apparel are not refundable unless there is an issue with the product. In that case we will send another free of charge.

To initiate a return, contact us at barrowdesigns.offical24@gmail.com. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase in the package and securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit. Use the return shipping label provided by us, or ship the item to the following address: 11669 Colyle St. in Detroit, Michigan.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [Insert Contact Information]. Some items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and health or personal care items, cannot be returned.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective item. If a prepaid shipping label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

We currently ship to the United States Postal Service. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply for international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
